Strategic Planning at Peachtree Corners Presbyterian Church

Reformation Resources's own Ken Rolston recently led the elders of Peachtree Corners Presbyterian Church (pcarpchurch.org) through a multi-session strategic planning process. A member of Peachtree Corners, Ken provided his services pro-bono and assisted the church's leadership to put tools and experience from the business context to use in the church. Peachtree Corners is currently seeking a pastor to lead the congregation and this transition time provided an ideal time for the elders to learn, reflect, and plan for the church's future.
